摘要 冬瓜山铜矿深部通风系统多风机串、并联存在风压不平衡、相互干扰等问题,风机运行工况不正常。为解决多风机联合运行风压平衡等问题,应分析多风机串、并联合成曲线的通风阻力、风量等因素。通过采用变频技术控制原理,对多风机运行工况点变化的规律进行研究,确定频率与风量和风压之间的关系。在多风机联合运行满足通风排尘要求的基础上调节风机频率,使串、并联风机能够在工况合理的范围内运行。研究方案在现场实施后,多风机联合运行总风量从原来的140.4 m3/s增加到166.5 m3/s,而总实耗功率降低了88.1 k W,风机在正常性能曲线范围内运行的基础上性能得到较大提升。变频技术调节风压平衡具有操作方便、安全可靠、风机性能最优、通风能耗较低等优点。 There exist such problems as imbalance of air pressure and mutual interference of multi-fan in series and parallel connection in deep ventilation system of the Dongguashan Copper Mine. In order to solve the problems in the combined operation of multi-fan,factors such as ventilation resistance and air volume at synthetic curves of multiple fans in series and parallel were analyzed. By using the principle of frequency conversion technology,the changing rule of multi-fan operating point was studied to determine the relationship between frequency,air volume and air pressure. On the basis of meeting the requirements of ventilation and dust discharge,the frequency of the fan was regulated to realize that the combined multiple fans in series and parallel work in a reasonable range. After the implementation of the research scheme in project,the total air volume of the combined multi-fan was increased from 140.4 m3/s to 166.5 m3/s,while the total power consumption was reduced by 88.1 k W. The performance of the fan was greatly improved at the normal performance curve. The frequency conversion technology to regulate air pressure balance has the advantages of convenient operation,safety and reliability,best performance and low energy consumption in ventilation.
