“一对多”常态下班干部领导班子大会创新研究——以天津电子信息职业技术学院某系五个班实际应用为例

Research on Innovation of Class Leaders Meeting Under the Normal of “One-to-Many”——Take practical application of five classes in a department of Tianjin Electronic Information College as an example

班级管理作为辅导员的主要工作之一,是贯彻教育方针、实现教育目标和完成教育任务的重要保障,良好的班级是培育有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律新时代大学生的摇篮。一个辅导员负责多个班级已成为各大高校的常态,本文从对天津电子信息职业技术学院某系大一五个班一学期的实际应用出发,以对班干部的管理为着手点,创新班级管理方法,提出"班干部领导班子大会",即"舍长小聚"、"每日碰头"、"班委分会"和"班子大会",以期为"一对多"常态下辅导员班级管理工作提供借鉴,丰富管理方法。

As one of the main tasks of the counselor,class management is an important guarantee for the implementation of educational policies,the realization of educational goals and the fulfillment of educational tasks.A good class is the cradle of cultivating ideal,ethical,cultural,and disciplined students in a new era.One counselor responsible for multiple classes has become the norm in major universities and colleges.Taking one semester＇s practical application of five classes of freshmen in a department of Tianjin Electronic Information College as an example,this paper starts with the management of class leaders and creates an innovative class-management method,which proposes the＂Class Leaders Meeting＂,namely＂small get-together of supervisors of dormitories＂,＂meeting every day＂,＂class committee meeting＂and＂leaders meeting＂,with a view to providing class management experiences for counselors under the normal of＂one-to-many＂,and to enriching management methods.
