Achieve A Win-win Result in Cooperation——Thoughts on the Current Situation of School-Enterprise Cooperation in Secondary Vocational Schools

校企合作是当前许多国家的中等职业学校采用的方式,通过校企合作,学校和企业实现资源、信息的共享,在促进中职学校发展的同时,也为企业培养出符合其需求的人才,但是我国的校企合作制度在当前还存在一定的问题,文本就校企合作的意义、其他国家的经验、我国校企合作制度中的问题和解决方法几点进行了探讨。

School-enterprise cooperation is a method adopted by secondary vocational schools in many countries.Through cooperation between schools and enterprises,schools and enterprises can realize the sharing of resources and information,which can not only promote the development of secondary vocational schools,but also cultivate talents that meet the company＇s needs.However,there are still some problems in the school-enterprise cooperation system in China.This paper discussed the significance of school-enterprise cooperation,experience of other countries,and problems in the school-enterprise cooperation system in our country,and proposed some solutions.
