校企深度合作产教深度融合的实践探索

摘要 通过对技师学院校企深度合作案例分析探索了一条适合中职学校的具有特色的校企深度合作、产教深度融合的路径,技师学院充分利用学校校办工厂的得天独厚的优势,探索了校企深度融合的人才培养的模式,尝试了大师工作室、现代学徒制等新的人才培养模式,并且和企业深入合作开展了课程体系建设、以及教法学法的研究及创建了双导师型师资团队建设等,为高技能人才培养质量的提升创造条件。 Through a case study of deep cooperation between schools and enterprises in the institute,this paper explored a path of deep cooperation between schools and enterprises and deep integration of production and education that is suitable for secondary vocational schools.The institute makes full use of the unique advantages of school-run factories to explore the mode of talent cultivation by deep integration between schools and enterprises.It has tried new talent training modes such as master studios and modern apprenticeships,and has conducted in-depth cooperation with enterprises in the development of curriculum systems,teaching methods,and the creation of dual-mentor system,which creates conditions for the improvement of the quality of high-skilled personnel training.
