工匠精神引领下高职电子商务人才培养路径探析

Analysis on the Path of Talents Cultivation Under the Guidance of Craftsman's spirit for E-commerce in Higher Vocational Education

目前,中国电子商务高速发展,高素质的电子商务人才培养备受关注,"工匠精神"的提出,对高职电子商务人才培养意义重大。在"工匠精神"引领下,高职电子商务人才需要从教师、学生及企业三方面出发,教师要具备一丝不苟、精益求精的工作精神来教育学生,学生通过综合素质的提高,体会到"工匠精神",企业通过技术以及文化的传播使学生真正认识到"工匠精神"的重要性。

At present,with the rapid development of e-commerce in China,the cultivation of high-quality e-commerce talents has attracted much attention.The proposal of＂craftsman＇s spirit＂is of great significance to e-business talents training in higher vocational education.Under the guidance of the spirit of＂craftsman＇s spirit＂,e-commerce talents in higher vocational education need to be cultivated by starting from teachers,students,and enterprises.Teachers must have meticulous and excelsior work spirits to educate students.Students must improve the overall quality and realize the spirit of craftsman＇s spirit.And enterprises,through the communication of technology and culture,have the students truly recognize the importance of＂craftsman＇s spirit＂.
