小学校长职业压力问卷编制的探索

Exploration of the Preparation of Questionnaire on Occupational Stress of Primary School Principals

阅读了前人在职业压力与应对方式,特别是专门以中小学校长和教师为研究对象的研究成果,结合对部分校长和教师的访谈记录,梳理了这方面的研究结论,编制了小学校长职业压力问卷,并进行了测量。测量后,对统计结果使用SPSS 19.0软件进行了统计分析,分析结果表明,问卷的信效度良好,可以作为测量小学校长职业压力的测量工具。

After reading the predecessors＇ research results on professional stress and coping strategies,especially the research specifically targeted at primary and secondary school principals and teachers,combining the records of interviews with some principals and teachers,this paper have combed the research conclusions of this aspect and prepared questionnaires on occupational stress of primary school principals and carried out the survey.After the survey,statistical results were analyzed by using software SPSS 19.0.The analysis results showed that the questionnaire was of good reliability and validity,and it can be used as a measurement tool for measuring the occupational stress of primary school principals.
