乳腺癌整形保乳术应用于不同大小乳房的对比研究

Research and Comparsion of Breast Conserving Surgery for Breast Cancer in Application of Different Sizes of Breasts

目的比较整形保乳术应用于不同大小乳房的美容效果,探讨整形保乳术是否适合应用于较小乳房患者。方法回顾性收集广州市番禺区中心医院2014年—2016年间接受整形保乳术治疗的76例早期乳腺癌患者。使用breast-q调查表评价其对术后乳房外观的满意程度。于2014年—2016年发放并回收调查表76份,分为大乳房组33例,中小乳房组43例。结果调查表回收率100%。对比两组患者对保乳术后乳房外观满意度,在各项指标中,差异无统计学意义。结论整形保乳术作为一项来自于缩乳术的手术方式,应用于小乳房患者同样具有不差于大乳房患者的术后美容效果,整形保乳术可以在大小不同的早期乳腺癌患者中大力推广。

Objective To compare the cosmetic results of plastic breast conserving surgery in application of different sizes of breasts,and to probe into whether plastic breast conserving surgery is suitable for patients with smaller breasts. Methods 76 patients with early breast cancer and who treated with plastic breast conserving surgery in the Central Hospital of Panyu District of Guangzhou City from 2014 to 2016 were retrospectively collected and included. Then,the satisfaction of breast appearance after operation were evaluated by the Breastq questionnaire,and 76 cases of questionnaires were issued and returned from 2014 to 2016,which were divided into 33 cases in large breast group and 43 cases in small and medium breast group. Results The recovery rate of questionnaire was100%. The satisfaction of breast appearance after breast conserving surgery were compared between the two groups. There was no statistical difference in all indicators. Conclusion The plastic breast conserving surgery as a surgical procedure for breast reduction,the cosmetic results in patients with small breasts are similar to those of the large breasts. So the plastic breast conserving surgery can be widely promoted in patients with early breast cancer of different sizes.
