摘要
目的探讨同型半胱氨酸检测在心脑血管疾病中的临床应用。方法选取2017年1月—2017年6月间佳木斯中心医院收治的心脑血管疾病患者50例者与同期健康体检中心50例健康者进行研究。采集样品应为禁食10 h后,清晨空腹采取静脉血3~4 m定量检测同型半胱氨酸水平。结果对照组同型半胱氨酸检测结果(7.43±1.27)mmol/L,明显高于观察组的(16.32±5.29)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义。同型半胱氨酸检测心脑血管疾病最佳阈值为8.2 mmol/L,AUC=0.868,P=0.040,95%置信区间为(0.791,0.946),特异度为85.7%,灵敏度为82.9%。结论心脑血管患者同型半胱氨酸明显升高,经ROC曲线分析同型半胱氨酸可用于心脑血管疾病检测,灵敏度及特异度均较高。
Objective To investigate the clinical application of homocysteine in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Methods 50 patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases admitted to Jiamusi Central Hospital and 50 healthy people from January to June,2017 were selected. Collect samples should be fasting for 10 h,and venous fasting blood 3 ~ 4 m quantitative detection of homocysteine levels in the morning was done. Results The level of homocysteine in the control group was( 7. 43 ± 1. 27)mmol/L,which was significantly higher than that in the observation group( 16. 32 ± 5. 29 mmol/L). The difference was statistically significant. The best threshold value of homocysteine for detecting cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases was 8. 2 mmol/L,AUC = 0. 868,P = 0. 040. 95% confidence interval was( 0. 791,0. 946),specificity was 85. 7%,and sensitivity was 82. 9%. Conclusion Homocysteine is significantly elevated in patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Homocysteine can be used for the detection of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases by ROC curve analysis,with high sensitivity and specificity.
