中小城市流动人口医疗保险现状分析——以泸州市为例

Study on the Medical Insurance of Floating Population in Luzhou City

目的探讨泸州市流动人口的医疗保险现状及其影响因素。方法采用自行设计的调查表由统一培训的调查人员入户对符合条件的调查对象进行调查。结果在1 250名被调查对象中,医疗保障覆盖率为64%,文化程度和职业类别与医疗保险覆盖率有关(P<0.05);在800名拥有医疗保险的调查对象中,606(75.7%)人仅购买了社会医疗保险,54(6.8%)人仅购买了商业医疗保险,140(17.5%)人两类医疗保险均购买。不同文化程度和年龄之间的医疗保险种类差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中小城市流动人口医疗保险覆盖水平较低。

Objective To probe into the status of the medical insurance in Luzhou City,and to analyze its influence factors.Methods By adopting the self-designed questionnaire,the investigators of the unified training investigate the object meeting the conditions of the survey. Results In 1 250 subjects,the coverage rate of medical insurance for floating population is 64%. Education and occupation are related with medical insurance coverage（ P〈0. 05）. In 800 subjects which have medical insurance,the number of people who only buy social health insurance is 75. 7%,and that of the commercial medical insurance is 6. 8%. 17. 5% two kinds of medical insurance. There were significant differences in medical insurance between different education levels and ages（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion The coverage of health insurance coverage for small and medium-sized cities floating population is low.
