地震医学救援装备建设的实践与思考

Practice and Reflection on the Construction of Earthquake Medical Rescue Equipment

本文回顾汶川地震灾害的灾情、伤情、医学救援卫生装备力量投入情况，并结合笔者自身经历通过查阅相关文献资料，分析在我国地震医学救援装备建设中存在的不足。结合近年来解放军第272医院快速反应医疗队在医学救援装备建设方面的实践及思考，笔者认为，面向灾害伤情，救治装备小型化、背囊化，实现快速反应、快速投送，可提高救治时效性；较强的一线救治能力和完善的自我保障装备，可提高救治针对性。同时对未来地震医学救援装备建设的发展方向进行探讨和展望。

In this paper, the situation of the Wenchuan earthquake disaster, injury, medical aid health equipment power input situation, and the author＇s own experience through consulting related literature, analysis of the shortage of Earthquake medical rescue equipment construction in China. Based on the practice and thinking of the medical rescue equipment construction in the 272th hospital of the People＇s Liberation Army in recent years, the author believes that in the face of disaster injury, the treatment equipment is miniaturized and encapsulated, and the rapid response and rapid delivery can improve the timeliness of treatment.; Strong first-line treatment ability and perfect self-support equipment, can improve the targeted treatment.the development direction of the future medical rescue equipment construction is discussed and prospected.
