摘要 目的研制一种可快速转换成急救处置台的功能齐全、灵活组配、迅速展收的多功能箱仪一体急救模块。方法利用系统建模、结构仿真和CAD辅助设计等方法,对急救模块进行设计和研制。结果设计的急救模块采用模块化、集成化、箱仪一体化的技术形式,模块可快速展开成为一个重症急救处置平台,收拢后为一个整体包装箱,可实现装备储、运、用一体,具有展收、运输、储存方便等特点。结论研制的急救模块结构新颖、功能齐全、布局合理、操作方便,具备对危重伤病员实施呼吸复苏、循环复苏、生命体征信息监护、复合伤、多处伤等紧急救命处置的功能,为帐篷医院系统危重症伤病员紧急救治提供了一种新型的综合急救装备。 Objective A first aid module is developed which can be quickly converted into a first aid platform with a complete function, flexible combination and assembly, rapid expansion and closure, multi-functional box and instrument integration. Methods The first aid module is designed and developed by means of system modeling, structural simulation and CAD aided design. Results The module can be quickly developed into a severe emergency treatment platform and closed to a whole packing box.It can realize the integration of equipment, storage,transportation and use, has a expansion and closure, transportation and storage convenience etc. Conclusion First aid module structure developed novel, complete functions, reasonable layout, convenient operation, obvious military features.It has the functions of respiratory recovery, circulatory resuscitation, vital signs information monitoring, compound injury, multiple injuries and other emergency rescue and treatment for critically ill patients. It provides a new comprehensive first-aid equipment for emergency treatment of critically ill patients in tents hospital system.
