目的通过meta分析评估TP63基因rs4488809多态性位点与肺癌易感性之间的关联。方法检索Pubmed、EMBASE等数据库，获取rs4488809位点与肺癌易感性关联分析研究，检索时限截止至2016年12月。结果纳入来自7项研究的16642个病例和19255个对照。在不同分析模型下，rs4488809位点均与肺癌发生具有显著性关联（CVS．T：OR=I．16，95％CI1．10—1．23，P〈0．001；CTVS．TY：OR=I．23，95％CI1．09—1．40，P=0．001；CCVS．TT：OR=1．45，95％CI1．29—1．62，P〈0．001）。亚组分析表明无论吸烟与否，rs4488809位点c等位基因均增加肺癌发生风险。结论TP63基因rs4488809多态性位点是东亚人群肺癌的风险因子，C等位基因会增加肺癌发生风险。

Objective To further explore the genetic association between rs4488809 of TP63 and lung cancer susceptibility through meta-analysis. Methods Literature search was performed in Pubmed, EMBASE till the date of December, 2016. Odds ratio （OR） and 95% confidence inteIval （95% CI） were calculated to assess the strength of association between rs4488809 and lung cancer. Results A total of 9 datasets from 7 studies comprising 16642 cases and 19255 controls were included in the meta-analysis.rs4488809 was found to be significantly associated with lung cancer susceptibility under different models （C vs. T： OR= 1.16,95%CI 1.10-1.23, P〈0.001 ; CT vs. TY： OR= 1.23,95% CI 1.09-1.40, P=-0.001; CC vs. TT： OR=1.45, 95% CI 1.29-1.62, P〈0.001）. Subgroup analysis demonstrated that rs4488809 was associated with the risk of non-small cell lung cancer, while carrying C allele will increase the risk of lung cancer regardless of smoking. Conclusions The polymorphism rs4488809 of TP63 is a susceptibility of lung cancer in East Asian populations, of which C allele may increase the risk of lung cancer.
