对100名天津武警新兵骨密度及其相关知识知晓情况的调查

Awareness of bone mineral density among armed police recruits inTianjin

目的对入伍新兵进行骨密度及其相关知识知晓情况的调查，了解该人群对骨质健康相关知识的认知情况，为加强部队骨质健康的宣传教育提供科学的参考依据，从而提高战士对骨密度的认知及健康行为的促进。方法将2015年天津市武警新训团分为5个支队，每个支队随机抽取20名官兵，共100名入伍新兵作为调查对象，对战士们骨密度及其相关知识的知晓情况进行问卷调查，调查结果采用spss19．0进行统计分析。结果入伍新兵对骨密度相关知识了解的人数共有6人，占6．3％；了解骨质疏松危害的人数有11人。在日常选择食物的过程中，考虑食物的营养价值及自身需求的占19．8％；入伍前经常进行运动的人数占43．5％；入伍前在21点到22点入睡的人数占20％，在22点到23点入睡的人数占28．1％；不吸烟的人数占36．2％；经常喝碳酸饮料的人数占10．0％。入伍前到医院检查过骨密度的战士有12人，占12．5％；认为有必要进行骨密度检测的战士有42人，占43．8％。结论调查结果所提示官兵对骨质健康知识的缺乏，尤其针对预防骨质疏松相关危险因素及运动知识的宣教应该作为重点内容，提倡积极健康的生活方式，从而预防训练伤延缓骨质疏松症的发生。

Objective To investigate the awareness of bone mineral density （BMD） among the armed police recruits in Tianjin. Methods The recruits of the armed police forces in Tianjin 2015 were divided into 5 teams, and 20 recruits from each team were randomly selected, totally 100, all males, aged 17~20, underwent a questionnaire survey to understand their knowledge about bone mineral density and their life habits before recruitment. Results 97 effective questionnaires were collected. Six （6.3%） of the respondents had a good knowledge of BMD, 40 （41.7%） had a little knowledge, and 50 （50%） knew nothing. 11 respondents knew well the harm of osteoporosis . Those who would consider the food＇s nutrition value and their own demand accounted for 19.8%. Those who took exercise regularly accounted for 43.5%. 20% fell asleep at 21 to 22 PM, and 28.1% at 22 to 23 PM. 18.5% of them often smoked, and 36.2% never. 10.0% of them often drank carbonic acid beverage. Only 12 of them （12.5%） had had their BMD checked. 42 of them （43.8%） thought of a need to make bone mineral density testing. Conclusion The awareness of bone mineral density among Armed Police Recruits in Tianjin is rather low. Health education is needed.
