萆薢消肿丸对下肢深静脉血栓形成患者血浆D-二聚体影响的研究

Effects of bixie xiaozhong pills on the plasma D-dimer in the patients treated with deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs

目的观察萆薢消肿丸对下肢深静脉血栓形成患者血浆D-二聚体、肢体周径差及综合疗效的影响。方法将60例确诊为下肢深静脉血栓形成患者,按就诊顺序随机分为两组,试验组30例,予以低分子肝素钠及萆薢消肿丸治疗,对照组30例,予以低分子肝素钠治疗,两组均3周为1疗程,1个疗程后观察患者血浆D-二聚体变化、肢体周径差变化,评价综合疗效。结果试验组治疗后患者外周血血浆D-二聚体、肢体周径差变化及综合疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论萆薢消肿丸治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成,疗效确切。

Objective To observe the effects of bixie xiaozhong pills on the plasma D-dimer,the limb circumference difference and the comprehensive effects in the patients of deep venous thrombosis of the lower limbs. Methods A total of 60 patients with deep venous thrombosis of the lower limbs were randomized into two groups according to the visiting sequence. In the trial group（ 30 cases）,the heparinum natricum minor molecularis and bixie xiaozhong pills were used.In the control group（ 30 cases）,the heparinum natricum minor molecularis was used. The treatment for 3 weeks was as 1 session. After 1 session of treatment,the changes in D-dimer and the limb circumference difference were observed and the comprehensive effects were evaluated. Results After treatment,the changes in the plasma D-dimer of peripheral blood,the limb circumference difference and the comprehensive effects in the trial group were better than the control group,indicating the significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Bixie xiaozhong pills achieve the definite therapeutic effects on deep venous thrombosis of the lower limbs.
