Prof. Zhang Shengsheng's experiences in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease with syndrome differentiation

胃食管反流病为临床多发病,与多种因素相关,常反复发作。中医学以辨证施治为原则,统筹兼顾的同时,亦有所侧重,往往取得很好的疗效。张声生教授临证三十余载,对于脾胃病的治疗具有丰富的经验,他认为胃食管反流病的病机主要与逆、热、虚、瘀四种因素密切相关,治疗以从肝论治、从脾胃论治、从痰瘀论治等角度切入,临证灵活运用,疗效显著。

Gastroesopheageal reflux disease（ GRD） is the common disease in clinic and it is attacked repeatedly and related to many factors. Based on the syndrome differentiation in TCM,the satisfactory effects are achieved. Prof. Zhang Shengsheng has been engaged in clinical practice for over 30 years and accumulated rich experiences in the treatment of spleen and stomach disorders. He believes that GRD is related to reversed qi,heat,deficiency and stasis in pathogenesis.The treatment focuses on the liver,spleen,stomach and phlegm stasis. The significant effects are achieved with flexible application of TCM.
