人中透刺龈交穴联合西药治疗肝性脑病的临床观察

Clinical observation on hepatic encephalopathy treated with penetrating needling technique from Renzhong(GV26) to Yinjiao(GV28) and western medicines

目的观察人中透刺龈交穴联合西药治疗肝性脑病临床疗效。方法将62例符合纳入标准的患者随机分为两组,每组31例。对照组给予西医综合治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上应用人中透刺龈交穴治疗方法。治疗7 d后观察临床症状、血氨水平、苏醒时间、扑翼样震颤消失时间,智力检测及SF-36量表评分,统计其临床疗效。结果治疗组与对照组临床疗效总有效率分别为93.55%、77.42%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组清醒时间及扑翼样震颤消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后血氨水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后NCT评分低于对照组,SF-36量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人中透刺龈交穴联合西药治疗可以明显缩短肝性脑病患者清醒时间,改善血氨水平,改善患者的生活质量,为治疗肝性脑病提供了有效的治疗方法。

Objective To observe the clinical effects on hepatic encephalopathy treated with penetrating needling technique from Renzhong（ GV26） to Yinjiao（ GV28） and western medicines. Methods A total of 62 patients enrolled according to the inclusive criteria were randomized into two groups,31 cases in each one. In the control group,the comprehensive treatment of western medicine was used. In the treatment group,based on the treatment as the control group,the penetrating needling technique from Renzhong（ GV26） to Yinjiao（ GV28） was given. The clinical symptoms,blood ammonia level,recovery time,the disappearing time of flapping tremor,the digital connection test（ NCT） and the SF-36 scale were evaluated. The clinical therapeutic effects were analyzed statistically. Results The total effective rate were 93. 55% and77. 42% in the treatment group and the control group respectively,indicating the significant difference in comparison（ P〈0. 05）. The recovery time and the disappearing time of flapping tremor in the treatment group were shorter than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the level of blood ammonia in the treatment group was lower than the control group（ P〈0. 05）,NCT score was lower than the control group and SF-36 scale score was higher than the control group,indicating the significant differences（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The penetrating needling technique from Renzhong（ GV26） to Yinjiao（ GV28） combined with western medicines obviously shortens the recovery time of the patients with hepatic encephalopathy and improves the level of blood ammonia and living quality. It provides the effective therapeutic method for hepatic encephalopathy.
