化痰逐瘀消瘤汤对脑膜瘤手术患者神经功能缺损及生活质量的影响

Effect of huatan Zhuyu Xiaoliu decoction on neurological deficit and living quality of patients with meningioma surgery

目的探讨化痰逐瘀消瘤汤对脑膜瘤手术患者神经功能缺损及生活质量的影响。方法选取2014年8月至2016年11月期间收治的110例脑膜瘤手术患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分为两组。对照组55例,采用常规西医对症治疗;研究组55例,在对照组基础上采用化痰逐瘀消瘤汤治疗。比较两组治疗前后临床症状、神经功能缺损、生活质量的变化情况,并评价两组临床疗效及安全性。结果研究组临床疗效总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,两组中医症候积分、NIHSS评分在治疗后均明显下降,而KPS评分明显上升,且研究组上述观察指标均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组在治疗期间均未出现肝肾功能异常及不良反应。结论对脑膜瘤手术患者采用化痰逐瘀消瘤汤治疗,可显著提高临床疗效,缓解患者临床症状,改善神经功能缺损,促进患者身体恢复,提高生活质量,优势显著,值得进一步推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of Huatan Zhuyu Xiaoliu decoction on neurological deficit and living quality of patients with meningioma surgery. Methods A total of 110 patients with meningioma surgery in our hospital from August 2014 to November 2016 were divided into two groups by random number table. Control group（ n = 55） took routine medical treatment; research group（ n = 55） took Huatan Zhuyu Xiaoliu decoction based on control group. The changes of clinical symptoms,neurological deficit,living quality of two groups before and after treatment were compared. The clinical efficacy and safety of two groups were evaluated. Results The total effective rate of research group was 90. 91%（ 50/55）,which was significantly higher than 70. 91%（ 39/55） of control group（ P 10. 05）; Compared with before treatment,the TCM symptom score,NIHSS score of two groups significantly decreased after treatment,but KPS score significantly increased,and above indexes of research group were better than those of control group（ P〈0. 05）; There was no liver ~kidney dysfunction and adverse reactions in two groups during treatment. Conclusion Huatan Zhuyu Xiaoliu decoction for patients with meningioma surgery can significantly increase clinical efficacy,relieve clinical symptoms,improve patients＇ recovery and increase survival quality,which has significant advantages and is worthy of further promotion.
