柴胡疏肝散合二陈汤治疗甲状腺癌术后气郁痰阻证的临床观察

Clinical observation on Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with erchen decoction in treating thyroid cancer with post-operative qi depression and phlegm obstruction syndrome

目的观察以柴胡疏肝散合二陈汤治疗甲状腺癌术后气郁痰阻证的临床疗效。方法选择经影像学检查及病理证实的分化型甲状腺癌术后辨证为气郁痰阻证的患者62例,随机分为两组,对照组采用甲状腺激素抑制治疗,根据甲状腺功能调整左甲状腺素钠片的剂量;治疗组在对照组基础上配合柴胡疏肝散合二陈汤加减治疗,观察治疗前后患者临床症状积分、血清促甲状腺激素值(TSH)及甲状腺球蛋白(TG)水平,两组均治疗3个月为1个疗程,治疗3个月后判定疗效。结果治疗组治疗后症状积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),与本组治疗前比较,治疗组患者血清TSH和TG值明显下降(P<0.05)。结论柴胡疏肝散合二陈汤对于甲状腺癌术后证属气郁痰阻证疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with Erchen Decoction in treating thyroid cancer with post-operative qi depression and phlegm obstruction syndrome. Methods A total of 62 patients with differentiated thyroid carcinoma postoperative syndrome of qi depression and phlegm obstruction confirmed by imaging examination and pathological methods were randomly divided into two groups by random number table. The control groups adopted the thyroid hormone suppression therapy and adjust the dose of levothyroxine sodium piece according to thyroid function; The treatment group was given Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with Erchen Decoction on the basis of control group. The clinical symptoms integral value,serum thyroid stimulating hormone（ TSH） and thyroglobulin（ TG） level of two groups before and after treatment were observed. The two groups were treated for 3 months,and then the efficacy was determined. Results Compared with control group,the symptoms score of the treatment group after treatment was significantly lower than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Compared with before this treatment,serum TSH and TG values of treatment group were decreased significantly（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with Erchen Decoction for thyroid cancer patients with postoperative syndrome of qi depression and phlegm obstruction has remarkable curative effect.
