In order to promote the great-leap-forward development of procuratorial work, we must take the advantage of big data and artificial intelligence to build an intelligent system of procuratorial work. When studying the aid of big data and artificial intelligence in case handling, procuratorial organs should utilize the research resources rationally; when exploring the application of big data technologies in substantive review of the cases, they must not ignore the important role the technology of artificial intelligence plays in the procedural review of cases. To accelerate the indepth development and application of artificial intelligence technology in the field of procedural review of the public prosecution lawsuit will help improve the prosecutors＇ working effectiveness in the reform of advancing judicial responsibility system, so that each prosecutor will not only be the founder of the intelligent system of procuratorial work, but also the beneficiary.
