警务硕士应用导向培养的微分析——以专业硕士案例库建设为例

Microanalyses of the Application-oriented Cultivation of Master of Policing: Taking the Construction of Specialty Case Database as an Example

警务硕士专业学位培养目标的两个维度是高层次和应用性。警务硕士培养的应用导向指的是高层次背景下的应用导向。从警务硕士专业案例库的角度考量,我国现有的警务专业案例库各有利弊。警务硕士专业案例库的应用导向要求体现在入库案例标准的应用导向和案例运用的应用导向两个方面。前者要求案例信息的全面性、择取案例的经典性或前瞻性、标准化与特色化相结合,强调知识的综合运用和创新引导;后者要求实现情境模拟、提供结构化决策模式以及在教学运用中的再创造。

The two dimensions of the training objectives for the master of policing are high level and applicability, namely, the application-oriented cultivation for the master of policing is under a high-level background. Through examining, the paper reveals that, each database of teaching cases for the master of policing in China has its own advantages and disadvantages. The application-oriented requirements for such case databases are reflected from two aspects： the application-oriented standards for the selected cases and the application-oriented use of the cases. The first requires the cases selected for such databases be classical and perspective, contain comprehensive information, combine standardization with specialization and emphasize the comprehensive application of knowledge and innovative guidance. The second requires realizing the situational simulation, providing structural decision-making modes, and recreating in the teaching practice.
