我国长期以来自给自足的小农经济使得农户们跟不上经济快速发展时代的需求,导致了传统的农村经济组织各种弊端更多地展现在市场经济的交易当中。在农村经济组织中,风险问题是农户们不敢加大联合及投资的主要问题,不能吸引社会资本到农村进行投资,造成农村经济没有很大改善的状况,为了实现整个农业的快速发展,提高在农业上的劳动生产率,就需要加大对整个农业领域的资本投入。在我国现代农业转型期,传统的农村经济组织明显的缺陷问题,使得资本的流入一直处于严重低下的状态,为了振兴农业经济,就需要培育新型农村经济组织,可以借鉴美国有限公司制度设计出一套合理的资本投入模式,推动农业经济的快速发展。

For a long time, China＇s self-sufficient agricultural economy has made it difficult for rural households to catch up with the pace of rapid economic development, so various drawbacks of traditional rural economic organizations become prominent in the market economy. In the rural economic organizations, the major risk lies in the farmers＇ timidity to increase joint investment and the failure to attract social capital investment to rural areas, thus resulting in the situation that the rural economy hasn＇t got greatly improved. In order to achieve the rapid development of agriculture and boost agricultural productivity, it is necessary to increase capital investment in the entire agricultural sector. In the modern agricultural transition period of China, the obvious drawbacks of the traditional rural economic organizations have severely slowed the inflow of capital. In order to revitalize the agricultural economy, we need to cultivate a new type of rural economic organization, and it＇s feasible to learn from the system of the American corporation and design a set of rational capital investment models to promote the rapid development of the agricultural economy.
