Survey on disinfection quality of hospitals in Heilongjiang province

目的了解黑龙江省医疗机构清洗、消毒、灭菌工作质量和医院消毒与感染控制措施的效果,为医院消毒与感染控制相关政策法规、标准规范的制定提供依据。方法按照全国医院消毒与感染控制监测方案的要求,对黑龙江省2012-2016年监测点医院消毒与灭菌质量进行调查。结果 2012-2016年共监测3 255份样本,总体监测合格率为84.85%;各年度监测合格率分别为78.98%、81.92%、86.67%、90.69%和87.17%;不同监测项目中,物体表面的合格率最高,为90.74%,内镜、医疗器械清洗效果(放大镜法)的合格率次之,分别为88.98%和88.88%;污水、手术室静态空气、医护人员手监测合格率分别为85.00%、84.47%和84.21%,压力蒸汽灭菌器和医疗用水的合格率较低,分别为75.97%和70.41%。结论黑龙江省监测点医院消毒质量平均合格率较低,应加强压力蒸汽灭菌效果的监测,重视医疗用水质量,提高消毒监测水平。

Objective To evaluate the quality of cleaning,disinfection and sterilization and effect of hospital infection control measures in hospitals of Heilongjiang province so as to provide a basis for the formulation of policies,regulations,standards and specifications associated with disinfection and infection control. Methods The survey was carried out on the quality of disinfection and sterilization in Heilongjiang province monitoring hospitals from 2012 to 2016 according to the nationwide hospital disinfection and infection control monitoring programme. Results From 2012 to 2016,the total monitoring samples were 3255 with qualified rate of 84. 85%. The annual disinfection qualified rates were 78. 98%,81. 92%,86. 67%,90. 69% and 87. 17%. The highest qualified rates on object surface was 90. 74%,followed by endoscopy（ 88. 98%）,cleaning effect of medical devices（ magnifying glass method）（ 88. 88%）,hospital sewage（ 85. 00%）,static air of operating room（ 84. 47%）,hands of medical staff（ 84. 21%）. The lowest qualified rates in steam sterilizer and medical water were75. 97% and 70. 41%. Conclusion The average qualified rate is low in monitoring hospitals of Heilongjiang province,so the effect of steam sterilizer monitoring should be strengthened,the quality of medical water should be paid attention to and the level of disinfection monitoring should be improved.
