With the aging of the population,the national combination of medical care and health projects has continued to advance,medical institutions are becoming more and more concerned. The basic situation of institutions were described,including quantity,category,grade,number of beds,benefits of old-age beds,medical insurance and so on. The main problems in the practice of analysis included the insufficiency of medical services,the lack of resources for service,the improvement of the service capacity of medical institutions,the serious shortage of health professionals,the urgent need for medical management and the lack of hardware facilities. Supervision confusion in the institutions were discussed. Laws and regulations were not clear,difficult to sustainable development,there were medical security risks,multi-sectoral functions cross included. And then it put forward to attract multi-forces to establish the institutions,to encourage public medical institutions to carry out elderly care services,purchase services to ensure sustainable development,rich health care combined with the meaning of elderly care services,strengthen training to improve the level of health workers for the elderly sick. In order to provide safe,effective,convenient and inexpensive of the basic medical and health services to the sick old people.
