某国家级事业单位职工健康管理模式探索

Exploration on the health management mode of staffs in a national institution

目的落实预防为主,推行健康生活方式,减少疾病发生,强化早诊断、早治疗、早康复,以实现全体职工的健康。方法以某国家级事业单位全体职工的健康管理模式为实例,对其采用的相关健康管理措施开展分析。结果中国疾控中心对全体职工的健康管理模式进行积极探索;通过对职工分层次进行常规体检,并对体检医院进行综合评定后做出慎重选择,以保障职工体格检查质量;专家论证确定职工癌症筛查检测指标,保证检测项目全面、合理;通过对工作场所全面禁烟、组织各种活动促进职工锻炼、对职工进行体重管理以及建设健康食堂等多项措施来促进职工健康;职工应急救护能力建设从设立应急救护工作站、配置急救箱、培训应急救护人员以及开展职工应急救护知识宣传等方面开展。结论结合该单位的性质与实际,积极探索适宜的职工健康管理模式,促进职工健康与疾病控制工作良性协调发展,为摸索一条可持续发展的健康管理之路提供有力的保障。

Objective To keep all staff health,by implementing prevention strategies,promotion healthy lifestyle,reducing diseases and by strengthening early diagnosis,early treatment and early rehabilitation. Methods Taking the health management mode of all the staffs in a state institution as an example,the relevant health management measures were analyzed. Results Chinese CDC had actively explored the health management of all staffs and developed a series of strategies. The health management of all staffs had been carried out from establishment of the health records,make the most of physical examination in infirmary,the purchase of accidental personal insurance and so on; staffs were check-up in different levels to do physical examination in order to protect the quality of staff physical examination; the indicators of cancer screening were determined through specialist demonstration to ensure that the test items were comprehensive and reasonable; a series of measures were taken to promote the health of workers,including a comprehensive ban on smoking in the workplace,various physical activities,the weight management of workers and the construction of health canteen; staff emergency rescue capacity building from the establishment of emergency ambulance workstations,configuration the first aid kit,training emergency ambulance personnel and publicity emergency rescue knowledge. Conclusions Combining the nature and reality of this unit,it should actively explore the appropriate health management model for workers and workers,promote the healthy and coordinated development of workers＇ health and disease control work,and provide a powerful guarantee for a sustainable development of health management.
