摘要
在现今大规模新能源发电的背景下,电网中存在并网调峰能力不足的问题。系统地分析了用户参与新能源发电并网调峰的可行性,确定了以物理-事理-人理(WSR)系统方法论对用户参与新能源发电并网调峰进行研究的新思路。基于WSR系统方法论,建立用户参与新能源发电并网调峰的三维框架,形成了调峰缺口规律、调峰模式管理和辅助服务机制的研究体系,为解决新能源发电调峰问题提供了科学系统的理论模型。
Peaking regulation ability of grid is insufficient with the large-scale development of new energy. After systematically analyzing the feasibility of end-user' s participation of peaking regulation, a new idea for end-user to take part in peaking regulation is determined when new energy is integrated into grid by Wuli-Shili-Renli Methodology. Based on WSR methodology, the three- dimensional framework is established that end-user can take part in peaking regulation when new energy is integrated into grid, and the research system includes peaking gap regularity, peaking mode management and ancillary services mechanism. The research provides a scientific and systematic theoretical model for peak regulation of new energy integrated into grid.
