摘要 为解决配电网调度员故障仿真培训中的自动评价问题,提出了一种基于信息相似度的配电网故障仿真培训评价方法。基于故障隔离实际范围集与故障隔离标准范围集间的相互关系描述故障隔离的4种情况;建立N行6列故障隔离信息阵描述调度员故障隔离实际操作和教练员故障隔离标准操作的相关信息;建立N行6列负荷转供信息阵描述调度员负荷转供实际操作和教练员负荷转供标准操作的相关信息。通过故障隔离实际信息阵、负荷转供实际信息阵与故障隔离标准信息阵、负荷转供标准信息阵之间的相似度,从操作步骤、操作时间、失电负荷、失电电量、误操作步骤、隔离及转供范围集6个方面对调度员故障仿真培训评价方法进行了详细描述。实例分析表明该方法能较好地反映调度员故障隔离及负荷转移的操作过程,具有较好的实用性。 In order to realize the automatic scoring in the simulation training of distribution network dispatchers, a distribution network fault training evaluation method based on information similarity is proposed. The four types of fault isolation are described based on the relationship between the actual range set of fault isolation and the standard set of fault isolation standards. The N-row 6-column fault isolation information matrix is established to describe the actual operation of the dispatcher fault isolation and the relevant information of the coaches" fault isolation standard operation. The establishment of the N-row 6-column load transfer information matrix describes the actual operation of the dispatcher load transfer and the relevant information on the standard operation of the trainer load transfer. In the light of the similarity between the actual information matrix of fault isolation & load transfer with the standard information matrix of fault isolation & load transfer, a training method of dispatcher fault simulation based on information similarity is described in detail from six aspects, i.e. operation step, operation time, loss load, power loss, misoperation step, isolation and transfer range. The analysis shows that the method can better reflect the operation of dispatcher fault isolation and load transfer and has good practicability.
