摘要 利用碎玻璃可制成具有轻质、保温、隔热、防火、防水、吸音等性能的环保泡沫玻璃材料,同时它还具有一定的机械强度,能够满足实际使用要求,可以广泛地应用于建筑、化工、国防等各种领域,它不仅可以有效地利用碎玻璃防止对环境造成污染;还可以变废为宝制造出高性能的泡沫玻璃。以碎玻璃为主要原料,通过添加碳酸钠,二氧化锰为助溶剂,添加硼酸和六偏磷酸钠为改性剂,通过粉末烧结法制备出泡沫玻璃,研究不同发泡剂及烧结温度和烧结时间对泡沫玻璃的制备结构和性能的影响。对泡沫玻璃进行体积密度,吸水率,气孔率,耐碱性的测试。结果表明:以活性炭为发泡剂,以每分钟5℃的升温速度从室温升到400℃,然后在400℃保温30min,又以每分钟10℃的升温速度从400℃升到750℃,在750℃保温90min,再以每分钟5℃的降温速度从750℃降到600℃,最后从600℃冷却到室温,所制得的样品经过性能测试其性能良好。其体积密度为0.472 3g/cm3,吸水率为5.215%,抗压强度为1.225MPa,耐酸性为99.77%。 Waste glass as a kind of waste residue has many harmful effects on the environment.The preparation of energy saving and environment friendly foam glass with fly ash is a good way,which has much economics value and environment benefit.The preparation of foam glass not only could dispose large mounts of waste glass,but also the foam glass has much economic value.The foam glass has the characteristics of low density,good resistance of acid and good mechanical strengths meeting the demand of actual use.It could be applied in many areas including building industry,chemical industry,defence industry,etc and has good prospects of development.The aim of this paper is to prepare foam glass using fly ash as main constituents,increasing the waste glass content in foam glass as possible.The foam glass is successfully prepared by powder sintering method,with adding Na2 CO3 and MnO2 as flux agent,as C and CaCO3 foaming agents,and Na2 HPO4 as foam stabilizer.The effects of sintering temperature and sintering time on preparation,structure and properties of foam glass are researched.the density,porosity,water absorption chemical stability and mechanical strengths are analyzed.The results showed that:activated carbon as a blowing agent,the experimental system is:5 ℃ per min from room temperature to 400℃,and then incubated for 30 min at 400 degrees,10 degrees per min rose from 750℃to 400℃,750℃ heat 90 min,5℃ per minute from 750℃ down to 600℃,and finally cooled to room temperature from 600℃the sample obtained after the performance test sample can be drawn with good performance.
