Effect of Heat Treatment Process on Properties of High Speed Steel (Ⅰ)

本文论述了预处理、盐浴淬火、深冷处理等热处理工艺对高速钢性能的影响。指出世界上没有最好的热处理工艺,只有更好。所谓最佳工艺,一定是在特定的工况条件下才成立,所以,热处理工艺应该个性化。

In this paper,the effect of heat treatment process such as pretreatment,salt bath quenching and cryogenic treatment etc on the properties of high speed steel is discussed. It is pointed out that there is no the best heat treatment technology in the world,only better one. The so-called the best process must be established only in specific operating conditions,so the treatment process should be personalized.
