马氏体时效硬化不锈钢两次时效的组织和性能 被引量:1

摘要 用两台炉冶炼不同化学成分的马氏体时效硬化不锈钢锻件的试验材料,在进行了1050℃固溶化+850℃调整后,分别进行600℃的一次、两次时效处理。通过力学性能检测、金相显微组织检验对比分析,得出规律:第一次时效后强度高的试样经过第二次时效后强度降低了,而原来第一次时效强度低的试样经过第二次时效后强度并没有明显降低。结论是两次时效可以提高不同化学成分组焊件的力学性能的均匀性。 As far as the experimental material of martensite age hardening stainless steel forging with different chemical composition smelting in two furnace once and twice aging heat treatment at 600 ℃ were respectively comducted after the solution at 1050 ℃ and the adjustment at 850 ℃. From the contrast analysis of mechanical properties and metallographic structure obtain that the higher strength sample after the first aging is reduced after the second aging,but the lower strength sample at first aging was not obviously decrease after second aging,resulting to twice aging to able to improve the uniformity of the mechanical properties of welding assemble with different chemical compositions.
