承压设备用铬钼钢焊缝韧性不达标原因分析

摘要 采用化学分析、硬度检测和金相检验以及断口观察等方法,分析12Cr2Mo1钢焊缝韧性不达标原因。结果表明:其韧性不达标的原因是在去应力退火过程中由于断电导致退火温度低于技术要求,导致焊接残余应力残留在焊缝中,使得焊缝硬度升高,韧性变差。 The reason of substandard toughness of 12 Cr2 Mo1 steel seam is analyzed by the chemical analysis,hardness test,metallographic test,fracture observation etc. The results show that the reason of substandard toughness is that the annealing temperature is lower than technical requirements due to outages during stress relieving annealing to lead to remain the residual stress in the seam,which make the seam hardness increase and the toughness reduce.
