The application of three dimensional fluorescence spectrometry in oil refining and chemical engineering industry

摘要 三维荧光光谱技术(Three Dimension Fluorescence Spectrometry,TDFS;又称ExcitationEmission M atrix,EEM)是一种可同时描绘荧光强度随激发波长和发射波长变化关系的荧光技术。该方法无需复杂样品前处理,并且灵敏度高、选择性好、信息量大,可对复杂有机体系中荧光类物质进行快速分析。由于具有荧光性质的芳香类化合物和不饱和化合物是石油的重要标志物成分,近些年来,三维荧光技术在石油化工领域得到了广泛的应用,涵盖从石油天然气勘探、溢油鉴定、油品评价、废水表征及工艺评价到环境水体监测的各个方面。得益于平行因子分析法(PARAFAC)、主成分分析法(PCA)、荧光区域积分法(FRI)、最小二乘回归法等数据分析方法的不断进步,并结合具有分子定性能力的质谱等分析手段,该技术在石油化工领域表现出了广阔的应用前景。 Three dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy( or Three Dimensional Excitation Emission Matrix,3 D-EEM) is a fluorescence technique that can simultaneously describe the relationship between the fluorescence intensity and the excitation and emission wavelength. This method does not require complex sample pretreatment,and act with high sensitivity,good selectivity and large amount of information. Thus it is suitable for rapid analysis of complex organic system. Recently,it has been widely applied in petrochemical industry such as oil exploration,spilled oil identification,oil products evaluation,refinery waste water characterization and waste water treatment improving and natural water monitoring. Benifiting from the continuous progress of data analysis methods,3 D-EEM has shown great application prospects in the field of petrochemical industry.
