舒肝解郁胶囊治疗复发性抑郁障碍对抑郁情绪及认知功能的影响

目的:观察舒肝解郁胶囊治疗复发性抑郁障碍的效果。方法:83例按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组41例用米氮平治疗,观察组42例用舒肝解郁胶囊治疗。结果:总有效率观察组90.48%、对照组87.80%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗后HAMD、WAIS-RC及WCST评分均显著改善(P<0.05),两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:舒肝解郁胶囊能够有效改善复发性抑郁障碍患者的认知功能及抑郁情绪,效果与米氮平相当。

Objective： To observe the effect of Shugan Jieyu Capsule in the treatment of patients with recurrent depressive disorder. Method： 83 cases of patients with recurrent depressive disorder were divided into 2 groups in random. 41 cases in the control group were given the Mi Danping treatment while 42 cases in the observation group were treated with Shugan Jieyu Capsule. Result： The total effective rate in the observation group was 90.48%, which was higher than that in the control group 87.80% . There was no significant difference between the two groups （P〉0.05） . The scores of HAMD, WAIS-RC and WCST in the two groups were significantly improved after treatment （ P〈0.05 ） and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant （ P〉0.05 ） . Conclusion ： Shugan Jieyu Capsule could effectively improve the cognitive function and depressive mood of the patients with recurrent depressive disorder and the effect is equivalent to that of mirtazapine.
