海洛因及甲基苯丙胺滥用者人格特征比较研究及其对实践的启发指导意义

Comparative study on personality characteristics of heroin and methamphetamine abusers and its inspiration to practice

目的:研究海洛因、甲基苯丙胺滥用者性格特征并探究海洛因滥用者与甲基苯丙胺滥用者在性格特征方面的差异。方法:采用卡特尔十六项个性因素问卷对1700名滥用者进行调查。结果:海洛因及甲基苯丙胺滥用者人格特征与中国常模在多个维度差异显著,海洛因滥用者与甲基苯丙胺滥用者人格特征多个维度差异显著,男性滥用者与女性滥用者人格特征有一定的差异。结论:海洛因滥用者与甲基苯丙胺滥用者均有其特殊的人格特征;海洛因滥用者与甲基苯丙胺滥用者的人格特征有明显差异;戒毒康复工作者应当在物质滥用者入所筛查、戒治、社会适应等方面工作结合物质滥用者的性格特点开展相应的工作。

Objective： To study the personality traits of heroin abusers and methamphetamine abusers and to explore the differences in personality characteristics between heroin abusers and methamphetamine abusers.Methods： All of 1700 abusers were investigated using Cattell 16 Personality Factor Questionnaire.Results： Heroin and methamphetamine abusers personality characteristics and Chinese norm have significant difference in multiple dimensions,heroin abusers and methamphetamine abusers personality characteristics significant difference was found in multiple dimensions,male abusers and female abuser ＇s personality traits have certain differences.Conclusion： Both heroin abusers and methamphetamine abusers showed special personality characteristics; the personality characteristics of heroin abusers and methamphetamine abusers were significantly different. Drug rehabilitation workers should carry out corresponding work in the aspects of screening,treatment,social adaptation and other aspects of substance abuse.
