医学期刊如何借助编委会组织重点号专题——以《中华烧伤杂志》为例

Brief review on how to solicit contributions for special subjects of medical journals through editorial committee

重点号专题是针对本学科发展前沿和临床防治中的关键问题设置的栏目。既往《中华烧伤杂志》采取电话联系专家,根据研究专长对口的方式对重点号选题进行分派,组织到的重点号稿件要么数量不多,要么稿件质量不高,有些甚至不如自由来稿的质量。2017年,编辑部借杂志编委会换届之际,对351名编委会成员进行"杂志报道的主要导向和应组织的重点内容"调查。并尝试根据调查内容,整理出25个重点号选题,通过常务编委在会上现场讨论、主动认领的方式,调动了组稿专家的积极性,收到了较好的效果。

Special subjects are the columns aiming at leading-edge disciplines of clinic prevention and treatment in Chinese Journal of Burns. In the past time,the journal organized the special subjects according to the speciality of experts through telephone calls.However,the number of articles of the special subjects was not enough,and the quality was unsatisfactory,and some were even lower than free contributions. By taking the chance of the change of editorial committee members in 2017, we carried out an investigation of the 351 members with the theme of ＂the main orientation and key content that the journal needs to solicit＂. And then,we summarized 25 key subjects based on this investigation and had them discussed and assigned in the standing editorial committee. This practice activated the enthusiasm and subjective initiative of soliciting experts,and received good results.
