船主轴转速测量系统现场测试方法研究

摘要 对船主轴转速测量系统进行原位/在线测试,可以有效保证仪表显示数值的准确可靠,参与控制的转速参数数值准确。同时,原位/在线测试可以大大缩短计量保障时间,提高工作效率,并避免因拆卸引起设备或仪表故障,能够有效提高船的在用率,确保船可以随时参加航行、运载等任务。 The in-situ/on-line test of the spindle speed measurement system of the ship can effectively guarantee the accuracy and reliability of the displayed value of the instrument,and the accuracy of the values of the parameters of the rotational speeds involved in the controlling. At the same time,the in-situ/on-line test can greatly reduce the time for metrological guarantee,improve work efficiency,and avoid equipment or instrument failures caused by disassembly,which can effectively increase the in-use rate of the ship and ensure that the ship can participate in tasks such as navigation and delivery at any time.
