摘要 针对目前船用油水分离器使用状况监控困难的现状,提出流量鉴定法、浓度鉴定法、运行时间鉴定法和视频鉴定法的监控措施,以防止船上工作人员偷排污油水这一行为的产生。针对船用油水分离器分离性能不佳的问题,提出加强污油水的前期处理,把船用油水分离器系统供水泵由恒量泵改为变量泵、船用油水分离器与船用焚烧炉科学联合使用的技术方案。结果表明,这些技术方案和措施可以提高船用油水分离器的环保性能,对于海洋环境保护具有积极意义。 In light of present situation for difficultly monitoring the working condition of marine oily water separator, some monitoring measures are put forward including flow identification, density identification, run-time identification, and video identification, in order to prevent seafarers from illegally discharging oily water and polluting the oceans. Aiming at solving the problem about poor separation performance of MOWS, the technical schemes are proposed including strengthening the early treatment of oily water, changing the fixed-displacement pump into variable-displacement pump to supply oily water to the separator, and scientifically using a combination of MOWS and marine incinerator. The result shows that the technical schemes and measures can enhance the environmental performance of MOWS and also have positive significance for protecting the sea environment.
