摘要 针对沪东重机有限公司HHM-WinGD 5X52型二冲程高压共轨低速机,基于引进的综合平台管理系统(IPMS)软件平台,自主研制一新型主机遥控系统,该系统可实现低速机的远程控制和安全保护功能。经过配机台架试验、英国劳氏船级社(LR)检验认可以及航行试验充分验证,该系统成功应用于国内首艘智能船舶,其稳定性好、控制精度高和响应时间短的特点也使得其可在配有UNIC-flex主机控制系统的所有低速机上推广应用。 Taking the HHM-WinGD low two-stroke common rail diesel engine of HHM as the study object, a new main engine remote system is self-studied and developed based on the introduced IPMS software platform. The remote control and safety protection function of the low-speed engine are realized by the system. With the test-bed as well as witnessed and approved by LR, the system is successfully applied to the first intelligent ship in China. The features of good stability, high control accuracy and short response time make the system be applied widely on all types of low-speed engine equipped with UNIC-flex engine control system.
