摘要 引入模糊自适应PID算法,在ABB AC800M DCS平台完成模糊PID控制器的设计,在AMESim和Simulink中实现液压伺服系统和汽轮主机本体的建模,搭建硬件在环(Hardware in the Loop,HIL)系统,以验证汽轮主机转速模糊自适应PID控制的性能。最后,将其与常规PID控制进行比较,结果表明模糊自适应PID有更好的鲁棒性,可显著减小汽轮主机转速调节的超调和振荡。 The paper introduces the self-adaptive fuzzy PID algorithm. On basis of completing the design of self-adaptive fuzzy PID controller in ABB ACSOOM DCS platform, the model of hydraulic servo system and steam turbine are established in AMESim and Simulink environment. Then the HIL system is built. The performance of self-adaptive fuzzy PID control of the turbine main engine is verified. Finally, by comparing to the conventional PID control, the robustness of self-adaptive fuzzy PID control is better, which can significantly reduce the overshoot and oscillation of the small turbine main engine speed regulating.
