摘要
依据云南2006—2015年省级造林检查成果数据,分析影响造林成活率的因素,采用功能指数法,对影响因子进行评价。研究结果表明,全省范围造林时间的价值指数为16.667,树种选择的价值指数为9.286,种苗质量的价值指数为8.625,种植冲突的价值指数为6.500,群众积极性的价值指数为5.417,干旱的价值指数为0.156,其他因子的价值指数在0.560~3.00之间。说明专家过于看重造林时间、树种选择、种苗质量、种植冲突和群众积极性等因素对造林成活率(保存率)的影响,低估了干旱对造林成活率(保存率)的影响。文中分别对云南省不同区域评价结果进行阐述,并就影响因子的选取、影响因素的权重取值等进行了讨论。
The function index method was used to analyze and evaluate the factors influencing the survival rate of afforestation based on the data of provincial afforestation inspection from 2006 to 2015 in Yunnan province. The research results showed that the value indexes of afforestation time,species selection,seedlings quality,growing conflict,public enthusiasm and drought were 16. 667,9. 286,8. 625,6. 500,5. 417 and 0. 156 respectively,and the value of the other factor index was between 0. 560 ~ 3. 00. The results showed that the experts overemphasized the influence of afforestation time,species selection,seedlings quality,growing conflict and public enthusiasm on the survival rate of afforestation but ignored the role of drought. This paper analyzed the evaluation results in different regions of Yunnan and discussed the selection and assignment of impact factors.
