摘要
随着大学生村官基层志愿服务届满,"二次择业"问题摆上重要议事日程。对苏北地区大学生村官的调研发现,大学生村官服务期满"二次择业"愿望迫切,但自我定位存在偏差;他们热衷于非基层地域的体制内就业,公务员或者事业单位是其出路首选;国家相关政策的完善、地方政府的推介与组织安排、个体自身的主观能动性影响着他们基层的再次择业。对此,社会各界需要高度重视大学生村官服务届满的就业去向问题。
With the expiration of the grassroots volunteer service for college student village officials, the "job- hunting" issue is placed on the important agenda. The investigation of college student Village Officials in Northern area of Jiangsu Province has found that the desire of job-hunting is urgent, but there is a deviation in self positioning; they are keen on employment in the non grass-roots region, civil servants or institutions are the first choice. The perfection of the relevant policies of the government, the promotion and organization of the local government Arrangement and individual's subjective initiative affect their grassroots career choice again. In this regard, all sectors of society need to pay more attention to the problem of employment of college student village officials.
