大学生创业进入众筹模式,利用众筹集腋成裘、抱团取暖,搭建起一个自我成长的平台。众筹既能拓宽投资渠道,扩大投资群体,又能畅通沟通渠道,进行免费市场宣传,是大学生创业融资的重要途径。然而众筹也存在投资上限过低、投资者金融素养不够、知识产权保护不足等问题,阻碍大学生创业项目顺利开展,需要通过适当放宽目标投资者人数上限、提升投资者教育、加大知识产权保护等措施来积极规避众筹风险。

College students＇ entrepreneurship enter the crowdfunding mode, using crowdfunding to gather talents and warm up, building a platform for self-development. Crowdfunding can not only broaden investment channels, expand investment groups, but also can open up communication channels and conduct free market promotion. This is an important way for college students to start their own businesses. However, crowdfunding also has problems such as too low investment ceiling, insufficient financial literacy of investors, and insufficient protection of intellectual property rights, which hinders the smooth development of college students＇ entrepreneurial projects. It is necessary to appropriately relax the number of target investors, enhance investor education, and increase intellectual property protection to actively circumvent the risk of crowdfunding.
