白子菜提取物粉剂与四联活菌制剂联合使用对2型糖尿病患者的临床干预研究

Clinical intervention on type 2 diabetes with the combination of powdered Gynura divaricata extract and tetragenous viable bacterial preparation

目的探究白子菜提取物粉剂联合四联活菌抑制剂对合并炎症的2型糖尿病患者的临床应用。方法以2016年10月-2017年10月在我院内分泌科及营养研究所门诊就诊或住院的2型糖尿病患者120例作为研究对象,根据入院的时间顺序进行排号,采用随机数字法平均分为两组,其中对照组采用常规的西药及四联活菌制剂治疗,观察组在此基础上配合白子菜提取物粉剂进行干预,观察两组患者糖尿病相关指标,血清炎症因子、体重、BMI的变化情况。结果观察组治疗的糖尿病相关检测指标:FPG、2hPG、FINS、HOMA-IR和HbA1c均显著优于对照组(t值分别为:3.451、3.774、3.985、3.047和3.571,Ps<0.05);观察组的血清炎性指标:IL-6、CRP和脂联素均低于对照组(t值分别为:4.783、3.292和4.003,Ps<0.05);观察组在干预后BMI与对照组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组体重在干预后低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的总有效率为91.67%,高于对照组的66.7%,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=12.152,P<0.05)。结论在常规西药的治疗基础上,配合白子菜提取物粉剂和四联活菌制剂的联合治疗,能够显著的改善糖尿病相关指标,同时能够显著的降低患者血清炎症因子的水平,并能缓解2型糖尿病患者排便状况,该治疗方法值得在临床上应用。

Objective To explore the clinical application of powdered Gynura divaricata extract combined with tetragenous viable bacterial preparation in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with inflammation.Methods 120 patients with type 2 diabetes in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were divided into two groups with random number method.The observation group was given powdered Gynura divaricata extract combined with tetragenous viable bacterial preparation and conventional treatment,while the control group was given tetragenous viable bacterial preparation and conventional treatment.The diabetic-related indicators including serum inflammatory factors and defecation-related indicators were observed in the two groups.Results In the observation group,the diabetes-related indicators FPG,2 hPG,FINS,HOMA-IR and HbA1 c were significantly better than those in the control group with statistical differences（t values：3.451,3.774,3.985,3.047 and 3.571;Ps0.05）.The serum inflammatory factors IL-6,CRP and adiponectin in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group with statistical differences（t values：4.783,3.292 and 4.003;Ps0.05）.There was no statistical difference in BMI between the two groups after the intervention（P〉0.05）.The body weight in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group after intervention（P〈0.05）.The total efficiency rate was 91.67% in the observation group,significantly higher than the 66.7% in the control group（χ2=12.152,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Based on conventional treatment,powdered Gynura divaricata extract combined with tetragenous viable bacterial preparation can significantly improve the relevant indicators of diabetes,reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors and improve the defecation of diabetic patients.
