活血通络汤治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的临床疗效及对IL-6、IL-8的影响研究

The therapeutic effect of Huoxue Tongluo Decoction on sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease and its influence on IL-6 and IL-8

目的探讨活血通络汤加减治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的疗效及对IL-6、IL-8的影响。方法选取118例盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者,将其随机分为对照组(59例)和观察组(59例),两组均给予替硝唑氯化钠注射液,观察组在此基础上辨证使用活血通络汤,考察并比较两组患者的生活质量,血清中IL-6、IL-8,临床疗效及不良反应等。结果经治疗后,观察组患者临床总有效率(93.2%)与对照组总有效率(74.6%)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者生活质量评分与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组患者生活质量改善的程度与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者血清中IL-6、IL-8水平与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组患者血清中IL-6、IL-8水平与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率(16.9%)与对照组(18.6%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论活血通络汤加减用于治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症,可显著改善临床症状,提高生活质量及临床疗效,且安全性较好,具有较大的临床借鉴意义。

Objective To explore the efficacy of Huoxue Tongluo Decoction on sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease and its influence on IL-6 and IL-8.Methods 118 cases of Sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into control group（59 cases）or observation group（59 cases）,and given tinidazole and sodium chloride injection;the observation group was additionally given Huoxue Tongluo Decoction.The quality of life of patients,levels of serum IL-6 and IL-8,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total efficiency rate in the observation group（93.2%）was significantly higher than in the control group（74.6%）（P〈0.05）.The quality of life of patients in both groups improved significantly after treatment（P〈0.05）,but the improvement in the observation group was significantly better than in the control group（P〈0.05）.The levels of IL-6 and IL-8 in the two groups were statistically different from those before treatment,respectively（P〈0.05）,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant as well（P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions was 16.9%in the observation group and 18.6%in the control group,with no statistically significant difference（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Huoxue Tongluo Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,the quality of life of patients and clinical efficacy of treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease,with good safety.
