手术体积描记指数在围术期管理应用的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 全身麻醉是现代麻醉的重要组成部分,绝大多数学者认为其包括"镇静、镇痛、肌松"3部分。对于镇静程度有脑电双频指数(bispectral index,BIS)、熵指数(entropy)等相对量化的测量方法,对于肌松程度有4个成串刺激(train of four stimulation,TOF)等较为量化的测量方法。
