旋扭山绿豆对临武鸭夏季采食量及生长性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 旋扭山绿豆是一种优良的热带亚热带豆科牧草,试验旨在研究该牧草部分替代配合饲料对缓解临武鸭夏季热应激的效果。选取42日龄临武鸭108只,随机分成3个处理组,每个处理3个重复,每个重复12只鸭。处理组1(对照组)饲喂100%配合饲料,处理组2和处理组3分别用15%和30%旋扭山绿豆草颗粒替代配合饲料。结果表明:(1)临武鸭对配合饲料和旋扭山绿豆牧草颗粒没有采食偏好性;(2)日粮中添加旋扭山绿豆牧草可有效缓解临武鸭因热应激引起的采食量下降;(3)旋扭山绿豆可显著刺激临武鸭肠道和肌胃的发育并提高盲肠内容物的纤维素酶活性(P<0.05);(4)15%草颗粒组的日均增重显著高于其他两组(P<0.05),且其料肉比与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。综上,旋扭山绿豆牧草替代量为15%时,可有效提高临武鸭在高温季节的生长性能,可用于制备临武鸭夏季专用饲料。 Desmodium intortum is a high-quality tropical and subtropical leguminous forage. This study was conducted to determine the effects on relieving heat stress of Linwu duck during hot summer season by partial substitution of formula feed with this forage. One hundred and eight 42-day-age male Linwu ducks were randomly divided into 3 groups with 3 replicates per group and 12 ducks per replicate. Group 1 was feed with formula feed only as the control group. For group 2 and group 3, 15% and 30% formula feed were replaced with forage pellet, respectively. The experiment lasted for 28 days. The results showed as follows: (1)Linwu duck showed no feeding preference for formulafeed and forage pellet. (2)Addition of Desmodium intortum in the diet of Linwu duck effectively alleviated the decrease of feed intake caused by heat stress. (3)Desmodium intortum significantly stimulated intestine and gizzard development and increased cellulose activity in caecum (P〈0.05). (4) The 15% forage group had much higher daily gain than that of the other two groups (P〈0.05), and showed no significant difference in feed conversion ratio compared with the control group. In conclusion, the diet containing 15% Desmodium intortum could effectively improve growth performance of Linwu duck during hot season, this leguminous forage could be used to prepare the summer specialized feed for Linwu duck.
