摘要
AP1000核电站CR10模块是大型桁架式钢结构,外形尺寸大、结构复杂,采用起重机整体吊装过程中易发生变形。针对以上难点,制定了吊装方案,运用有限元分析法对CR10模块吊点布置进行了对比计算,通过分析不同吊点布置对CR10模块应力和位移的影响,最终得到CR10模块整体吊装的最优吊点。
The CR10 module of AP1000 nuclear power station is of a large truss steel construction with large size and complex structure,which is easy to deform during the integral hoisting process by crane. In view of the above-mentioned difficulties,the hoisting scheme is set up,and the finite element analysis method is used to compare the hoisting point layout of the CR10 module. By analyzing the stress and displacement of the CR10 module at different hoisting points,the optimal lifting point of CR10 module is finally obtained.
