摘要
地方高校传统工科教育模式不能适应新产业、新业态、新技术的发展要求,新经济呼唤地方高校实施以新工科为愿景的工程教育变革。区别于综合性高校和工科优势高校,地方高校新工科建设的定位应体现为地方性、行业性和应用型。顺应国际工程教育的潮流,适应区域经济社会发展的需求,地方高校新工科人才培养范式需要实现从学科逻辑到跨界融合、从理论认知到应用情境、从本土情怀到全球视野、从单一评估到多维控制的转变。
The traditional engineering education modes in local universities can not adapt themselves to the development of new industry,new trade and new technology,which has appealed for the engineering education reforms in local universities regarding emerging engineering education as the prospect. Different from comprehensive universities and superior universities of engineering,the orientation for establishing the emerging engineering education in local universities should reflect localization,industry and application.Complying with the trend of international engineering education and adapting to the needs of regional economic and social development,the paradigm changes for training emerging engineering talents in local universities should be realized from the discipline logic to cross-border integration,from the theoretical cognition to application context,from the regional aspect to international perspective,and from the single assessment to multi-dimensional control.
