摘要
目的:观察体外培养的小鼠胚胎腭间充质细胞上是否存在初级纤毛,并探讨是否能通过血清饥饿影响间充质细胞初级纤毛数量。方法:荧光标记体外培养的小鼠胚胎腭间充质细胞,观察该细胞上是否存在初级纤毛,再对培养细胞进行血清饥饿,计数血清饥饿前后小鼠胚胎腭间充质细胞中有纤毛的细胞数量所占比例。结果:体外培养的小鼠胚胎腭间充质细胞上观察到荧光标记的初级纤毛,但有纤毛的细胞占总细胞数量比例〈1%,而血清饥饿后纤毛细胞占总细胞的数量比例提高至4%。结论:体外培养的小鼠胚胎腭间充质细胞上存在初级纤毛,血清饥饿可以提高该细胞中有纤毛细胞的比例。
Objective:To determine whether the cultured mouse embryonic palatal mesenchymal cell is ciliated and the effect of serum starvation on the number of ciliated cells.Methods:Cultured mouse embryonic palatal mesenchymal cells were labeled with immunofluorescence to observe if any primary cilium exists.Serum starvation was used on cultured mouse embryonic palatal mesenchymal cells,and the percentage of ciliated cells among total observed cell population was calculated.Results:Primary cilia were observed on cultured mouse embryonic palatal mesenchymal cells,however,less than 1% of the observed cells were ciliated.Serum starvation treatment can increase the ratio to 4%.Conclusion:Primary cilium exists on cultured mouse embryonic palatal mesenchymal cells.Serum starvation can increase the number of ciliated cells in cultured mouse embryonic palatal mesenchymal cells.
