摘要
目的:探讨SOX区域Y相关高迁移率族蛋白基因2(Sox2)、人第10号染色体缺失的磷酸酶及张力蛋白同源基因(Pten)、信号传导子与转录激活子3(Stat3),、血管内皮细胞生长因子(Vegf)在皮肤恶性黑色素瘤(CMM)、交界痣中表达的差异。方法:免疫组织化学染色方法检测了27例CMM、10例交界痣组织蜡块中Sox2,Pten,Stat3,Vegf的表达,统计学分析CMM组和交界痣组四者表达的差异。结果:在CMM和交界痣中,Sox2、Pten的表达有显著差异(P〈0.05),Sox2在CMM表达显著高于交界痣,Pten在CMM表达显著低于交界痣,Stat3、Vegf的表达两组间无明显差异(P〉0.05)。结论:Sox2在CMM中的表达显著高于交界痣,Pten在CMM中的表达显著低于交界痣,Sox2、Pten可能在黑色素细胞恶变中起到一定作用;Stat3、Vegf的表达两组间无明显差异,可能未直接参与CMM的发生。
Objective:To compare the expression of Sox2,Pten,Stat3,and Vegf genes between cutaneous malignant melanoma(CMM)and junctional nevi.Methods:The expression level of Sox2,Pten,Stat3,and Vegf was assayed by immunohistochemical staining in 27 cases of CMM and 10 cases of junctional nevi.The results were analyzed statistically.Results:The expression of Sox2 in CMM was significantly higher,but Pten significantly lower than that in the junctional nevi(P〈0.05).There was no significant difference in the expression of Stat3 or Vegf between CMM and junctional nevi.Conclusion:Sox2 and Pten genes expression are statistically different between CMM and junctional nevi.The two genes can be considered as monitoring indicators of malignant transformation of melanoma cells.Stat3 and Vegf may not play important roles in the occurrence and progress of the CMM.
