摘要
目的:通过光相干断层扫描影像(OCT)研究高度近视圆顶黄斑的形态学特征。方法:横断面研究。47名诊断为高度近视的患者(高度近视圆顶黄斑组27只眼;高度近视未伴圆顶黄斑组45只眼)行OCT、最佳矫正视力、眼轴长度等检查,测量中央脉络膜厚度、黄斑中心凹鼻、颞侧2mm处脉络膜厚度等数据,并对测量结果进行统计学分析。结果:高度近视圆顶黄斑组与高度近视未伴圆顶黄斑组比较,最佳矫正视力提高(P=0.022);中央脉络膜厚度相对增加(P=0.041);高度近视圆顶黄斑组中,中央脉络膜厚度与黄斑中心凹鼻、颞侧2mm处脉络膜厚度比较,厚度相对增加(P=0.001、0.001)。结论:高度近视圆顶黄斑患者比高度近视未伴圆顶黄斑患者的最佳矫正视力相对提高,中央脉络膜厚度相对增厚;高度近视圆顶黄斑患者中央脉络膜厚度高于黄斑周边区域的脉络膜厚度。
Objective:To investigate the morphologic characteristics of dome-shaped macula(DSM)in high myopia using optical coherence tomography(OCT).Methods:Cross-sectional study was applied in this study,of which 47 patients with high myopia were included(27 eyes in high myopia with DSM group and 45 eyes in high myopia without DSM group).OCT and best corrected visual acuity and axial length examination were carried out,then,central choroidal thickness,choroidal thickness at the nasal and temporal points 2 mm far from central fovea of macula were measured.Finally,the results were statistically analyzed.Results:Best corrected visual acuity and central choroidal thickness were increased in high myopia with DSM group,which was statistically significant when compared with the high myopia without DSM group(P=0.022 and 0.041),respectively.In high myopia with DSM group,central foveal choroidal thickness was significantly higher than choroidal thickness at nasal and temporal side 2 mm far from central fovea of macula(P=0.001,0.001).Conclusion:In high myopia with DSM patients,best corrected visual acuity and central choroidal thickness are increasing,and macular choroidal thickness is higher than the choroidal thickness around the macular.
